• Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! 
• All we ask is that you drop us an email at handsvillabydeepca@gmail.com along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions.
